All our products are freshly made in small batches. Product appearance may vary slightly from images shown on the website or delivery platforms. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change pricing of any product without prior notice.

3. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Prices may differ between our website, Swiggy, and Zomato due to platform charges
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

4. Delivery

• Delivery is facilitated via Swiggy and Zomato platforms within Jaipur
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery partner or incorrect addresses

5. Food Safety & Allergens

Our products are prepared in a home kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, and gluten. We cannot guarantee the absence of allergens. Customers with severe allergies are advised to exercise caution.

All products must be kept refrigerated and consumed within 2 days of manufacture.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Vasudevay Kitchen brand name, logo, product images, and text — is the property of Vasudevay Homes. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
