Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Vasudevay Kitchen, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality homemade desserts. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Perishable Nature of Products
Our products — including the Pista Cheesecake — are freshly prepared perishable food items with a shelf life of 2 days from manufacture. Due to this nature, we follow a strict refund policy.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- The product delivered was damaged, spoiled, or tampered with upon receipt
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product was missing from your order
Refund requests must be raised within 2 hours of delivery with photo evidence sent to our contact number.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect address provided at time of ordering
- Product stored incorrectly after delivery (must be kept refrigerated)
- Complaints raised after 2 hours of delivery
- Taste preferences or personal dislike
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cancelled before preparation begins: Full refund
- Orders cancelled after preparation has begun: No refund
- Orders placed via Swiggy or Zomato follow the respective platform's cancellation policy
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For cash orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.
